Game on!

It’s dark, it’s rainy, and it’s only mid-January.
Fortunately, we have the cure for all of that:
curl up with a good book.
In addition, earn chocolate and win prizes!

It’s WARM: our Winter Adult Reading Months, here to warm up your winter and put a good use to all these dark, dank days and nights.

You can get all the details here; but in brief: read any book of your choice, write a brief description to share with others, and get a piece of chocolate AND a prize entry.  Enter as many times as you like to win great prizes: an overnight at a local B&B; a book-lover’s basket; and, a chance to go behind the scenes at BPL and help select some books!

Our theme this year is Novel Destinations, which also fits the ignore-winter scenario.  Where would you like to go?  If you need a book suggestion involving sunny, sandy beaches, you know who to ask.  Meanwhile – come and play and celebrate reading!  Pick up book review forms and other resources on the display table at the library.
