Master the mouse, and more

Go from computer novice to tech savvy! The Burlington Public Library provides 30-minute tutorial sessions on learning to use computers. We can help you with email setup, internet browsing, online applications, library catalog searching, and office software basics.

It’s best to schedule a tutorial session ahead of time, so library staff can give you their full attention. Call 360-755-0760 or email us at blibrary@ci.burlington.wa.us to make arrangements; the best times are evenings and from noon to 2 p.m. Depending on your needs, we will soon have laptop computers available to checkout for use in the library.

Meanwhile, we’ve put together a page of online tutorials you can try out on your own, either at home or here at the library, to practice basic computer skills like using a mouse, and keyboarding.
