Update: eBooks and Audiobooks

If you’ve been thinking about entering the world of downloadable eBooks and Audiobooks, we’ve pulled together some information to help you make it happen. Check out this info page on the library website.

With your Burlington Public Library card, you’ve got two options:

  1. Washington Anytime Library – Overdrive has both Audiobooks and eBooks, and eBooks can now be downloaded to a Kindle.
  2. OneClickdigital is a new source for downloadable Audiobooks, and the library staff is getting trained on how to use this latest resource.

If you’re thinking about giving an eReader or tablet to someone on your Christmas list (or maybe treating yourself!), the December issue of Consumer Reports has ratings for the various options. Ask at the library info desk for a copy of the article.

Got more questions? Just ask; we’re here to help you enter the new digital age of books.
