 These are all headlines on a new online “library central.”  It tells stories from all across the nation about libraries struggling to stay open, funded, and responsive to community needs.  From specific locales (“New Jersey City Preparing to Close ALL Libraries”) to how citizens are rising up to insist that access to libraries is essential, the esteemed Huffington Post website has decided this is an issue worth highlighting and debating.
