Summer at the library

Happy Summer Solstice!  Yesterday was the longest day of the year.  Plus, especially appropriate for the day, the sun is shining!

School is out, summer reading programs have begun, and it’s time to think about how the library can best serve you this summer.

Taking a road trip?  For everyone’s sanity, come check out some audiobooks.

Staycationing this year?  Well, people come from all over the country to visit here. Pretend you’re a tourist!  Come get some books on local hikes, events, and natural history.

Does your imagination stretch far enough to see a day coming soon when it might actually be hot out?  Head for your library: it’ll be cool in here (in more ways than one).

Need some summer beach reads?  Whether you have the beach or not, come on in.  Our expert advisors will come up with a great collection of books to appeal to you.
