Expert help with your resume–free

If you’re looking for a job or know someone who is (read: please send this out to your friends and help us spread the word), mark your calendar for this Friday, November 2, from 9-12 a.m. here at the library.

It’s the perfect opportunity, and it’s free.  If you have a laptop, you can bring it; if you don’t, we’ll have one for you.  Bring your current resume, or start a new one.

This is your opportunity to have someone look objectively at your resume for typing errors, keywords and phrasing, strategies, formatting, and style.  The workshop will help you analyze your resume the way a Human Resources person would so you can design your resume and get it to the right manager for the job you really want.

Teens are welcome, too.

Sign up at the front desk in the library, or call 360-755-0760, or email
